In this episode of the podcast Vlad Ixel talks about how he moved to Australia in his teens after leaving Ukraine as a very young child and living in Israel for 10 years.  He started running in his mid-20s and took to it like a duck to water!  Prior to covid Vlad was a sponsored athlete and found himself traveling the world racing in ultra trail runs.  Now he is still racing, has a great Youtube channel full of awesome strength exercises for runner and he’s started a business with his wife developing and selling a running hydration product!  Lots to learn here 🙂
