In this flash back with the amazing Alicia Gerbert from May 2022, all the way from Connecticut in the USA for a chat about her running journey.

Sadly Alicia lost her younger sister a couple of years ago to cancer and this triggered her to start looking after herself more.  So she started running and within 2 years she’d lost 60 pounds and ran 2 marathons.  Alicia is loving her running and its become a big part of her identity – importantly it’s empowered her to take on other challenges in life.

Alicia’s Running Tips – Try the couch to 5k app, include strength and mobility training (a balance board).
