In todays episode we hear from Linda Connelly – running on the trails is definitely Linda’s happy place!  In fact I met Linda on a trail in an event a few years ago 🙂   She has run most of her life and finds it helps her deal with all the things life throws at you.  Through running she has developed a deeper understanding of who she is and finds it a great way to problem solve and destress (& who doesn’t need that? :P!
