In this episode of FitMIND FitBODY, we’re introduced to Melissa Gregory, an ultra runner balancing life on a farm with raising three children, all while training for the Delirious W.E.S.T. 100-mile race. Melissa shares her incredible journey from her early days of playing Pollo Cross to becoming a passionate runner after the birth of her third child.
As she trains for her next big event, Melissa opens up about the challenges of fitting in training around her busy life, including managing a remote farm and working as a radiation therapist. Her story is a testament to the power of resilience, commitment, and having the right support system.
Whether she’s running at night or tackling the undulating hills of her farm, Melissa’s determination shines through, inspiring listeners to push through their own challenges.
