He didn’t start running until he was 48 and the doctor said it was time to improve his health! And now 8+ years later he’s very happy that he did get fit when he did – running has given him the resilience to cope with a number of tough family & extended family situations, that otherwise might have been the straw that broke the camels back.
Andrew’s Running Tips – start small – run a K (ParkRun is great), walk/run & get fitted for shoes.
