She started running to support her decision to give up smoking!  And its worked – she is totally hooked on running and has no plans to give up any time soon.

She is another Couch to 5k success story 🙂 

One of the most important benefits running has given her life is her health – it gives her the all important “me” time thats vital for our mental health plus its helping her quit smoking and avoid type 2 diabetes which runs in the family…
