In this episode we hear from the inspiring Kate Edwards.  Kate hasn’t taken the normal route to ultra running events – she basically skipped the usual 5k/10k/21k/42k events and went straight into 100k and then multi-day events and soon to be iron man!  All this while learning to managing chronic fatigue – when is her body saying don’t train today because of chronic fatigue and when is it just normal tiredness that passes when you start training?  Understanding these messages is still a work in progress for Kate.

She has also lived in a number of countries and is currently completing a Phd in Gut health and exercise 🙂
