Today I spoke with one of my awesome running coaches – Marlies Kort.  Marlies shares a little of her extensive running journey which includes many national championships and even a world championship (for triathlon), which all lead to her creating the 9 Mile Program (a program to help age group runner complete the marathon distance without injury).  Of course running is not all that Marlies does – listen to the podcast to learn more about her life.
