How to start running & not stop..

Hi, my name is Michelle Frost and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here 🙂
I can’t wait to find out more about you and your journey.  Like me I’m sure you’ve struggled with physical and mental health all your life, and you’re sick of it!
It’s time to take control of your life and create the future you know you’re meant to have.

My life hasn’t always been sunshine and roses as you can see in my story, from an abusive relationship to a stroke and many things in between!  The 2 main constants for much of my life have been running and a positive mental attitude.  I believe they saved my life on a number of occasions!    FitMIND FitBODY is the culmination of that journey – here I am sharing with you all that I’ve learnt and am continuing to learn about our mental and physical wellbeing.

My mission with FitMIND FitBODY is to help as many overwhelmed/stressed people as possible to find more space for themselves so they can thrive and not just survive!  I hope you will join us 🙂

Having a FitMIND and a FitBODY is simple – keep moving, watch your thoughts and restrict processed foods…

The FitMIND FitBODY Podcast

Come listen to the FitMIND FitBODY podcast, where we’ll be talking all things mental and physical health!  There’ll be interviews with runners as we delve into why they run and what keeps them running.  And interviews with specialists on the brain and the effects of exercise on it – chemically and physically.  Plus tips to keep you moving with a positive mindset..  So much goodness 🙂
